Please accept this as a letter of reference for David Bouilly. We first met David when his family became the Property Management Company for our town home in Carnelian Bay, CA. We had been with the previous Property Management Company since 1993 when we first purchased our Tahoe town home and were very concerned yet excited about the transition in management when Carnelian Bay Rentals changed hands in 2003.

From the first time we met, we have always been very impressed with David’s ability to be friendly, yet professional, while making us feel that our property was in capable hands. He is very technology oriented which was helpful both in communication and promotion of the rental, as well as in preparing the financial reporting which is so important to us.

His work ethic was wonderful; we could always count on him to take care of our tenants needs and also to keep us informed about the status of our rental. This was crucial to us since we live in Southern California (400 miles away) and having a competent and conscientious manager is a must.

On a personal note, when we would come for a visit, we were always greeted with a smile; two years ago when my husband broke his leg and the power went out (that was a memorable trip!), David personally came by to make sure that we were okay and to offer his assistance.

As a Real Estate Broker myself, I know how important attitude and the ability to work well with people can be. I feel that David did an excellent job for us and I feel he would be an asset to any employer.
